Crunchy Butter Chicken Tenders
Adapted from:
Moist Cheddar Garlic Oven Baked Chicken
Famous Butter Chicken
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
1/4-1/2 c. panko bread crumbs
1/2 t. garlic salt
1/4 c. melted butter
8 chicken tenders, thawed
1. Preheat oven to 450. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Crush crackers in a bag. Add bread crumbs and garlic salt, shaking to mix.
3. Dip chicken tenders in melted butter, place it bag and shake to coat. Repeat until all of the chicken tenders have been prepared.
4. Place onto prepared cookie sheet and bake for 14-18 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
